My interaction through the years with Stan has been a pleasure. I have utilized his expertise several times and each experience has benefited me financially without taking an unnecessary toll of stress or time. Stan has done 5 No-Cost Refinances over the last three years. They were easy to do and the closing costs were not added to the balance of the new loan. I was able to skip a months payment in the process and I also got a refund of the money in my escrow account from the mortgage they paid off. I have found that even a small drop in my rate was worth it since I did not have to pay any closing cost.
Stan also did a Cashout refinance for me. I was able to payoff all of my other debt. He has always been fast, through and very responsive.

Stan Thomas has lowered my rate 7 times over the last decade. Whenever I have a problem, or concern regarding my mortgage he has always been there for me.
